What does the Latino Diabetes Initiative offer?
- A bilingual clinic and education program, staffed by our team of bilingual providers, including:
- a diabetes specialist (doctor) for adults and the pregnancy clinic
- a nurse practitioner and certified diabetes educator
- a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator
- a psychology fellow
- administrative support staff

Other specialty services available with an interpreter for: podiatry, nephrology, neurology, cardiology and psychiatry

Mental health services in Spanish that take into account the specific needs of Latinos with diabetes

Culturally appropriate diabetes education materials

Opportunities to participate in specialized clinical trials
